The New Game Format: A 3-Team Tournament
For the 75th anniversary, the NBA has scrapped the traditional East vs. West game. Instead, we get a three-team mini-tournament. The American players will be split into USA Stars and USA Stripes, while Team World will include all international NBA talent.
How it works: The teams will compete in a Round Robin format of shorter games. The two teams with the best records will advance to the Final Championship Game to decide the winner of the All-Star weekend.
