Freight Times
Please note once orders are dispatched, delivery times from when they leave the factory to when they arrive at your destination may vary. Under normal circumstances you should receive your order within the indicated time frames below, but when freight companies have delays we can only wait until they give us updates, or a query can be lodged to the freight company using the tracking number.
Delivery Tracking
We provide tracking for orders placed online if you provide your email address. You will receive tracking information which will allow you to follow where your order is up to once it has been collected from the factory by the courier or Australia Post.
Online Orders
- In Stock Items
Orders placed on the Coast 2 Coast Sports website which have no additional personalisation or decoration and are in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date the order is placed. Freight times vary depending on your shipping location and if the couriers are running on time. Please note if stock levels are low there may be errors in inventory systems which will still allow you to place your order. We will notify you if this happens and offer you alternative sizes or other options.
Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
- Decorated Stock and Design Your Own Custom Made Items
Decorated Stock Orders placed on the Coast 2 Coast Sports website which have additional personalisation or decoration and are made to order will be put into production which takes around 2-4 weeks depending on the quantity and complexity of the order and how busy the factory is at the time your order is placed.
Fully customised Design Your Own Orders are put into production and take around 4-8 weeks from the time your order was placed until they are completed and dispatched. Freight time is additional and varies depending on your shipping location and if the couriers are running on time. Average is around 3-5 working days transit time after the 4-8 weeks production time.
Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Production time commences from the date the sales order and artwork are approved, samples are approved and payment is made.
Pricing
All prices listed on the website default to AUD$. You can change the currency by selecting the Settings icon and choosing GBP, USD, NZD or any others available.
Australian GST is included in the displayed prices when the page is set to Australian currency.
Shipping Taxes and/or duties for GBP, USA and NZ are added automatically at the checkout if applicable according to the shipping location, allowing customers to see and pay for any taxes and/or duties upfront rather than being surprised with a bill when it goes through customs clearance.
